2. Condition of the Product: Standard products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the return.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice, when initiating a return.
4. Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be subject to product availability.
5. Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for standard product returns.
6. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or customized products
